S-Energy – capture, display and log consumption values

System
S-Energy stands for solutions that reduce energy costs and can be made operational immediately. The system includes components for capturing, visualizing and recording electrical energy values.


  • Capture 
    Bus-compatible energy meters (S-Bus) to capture power consumption and electrical operating data.

  • Visualize on-site 
    S-Energy Manager, in the form of a control panel, reads data from connected energy meters and displays it graphically.

  • Link up with automation
    Controllers (PLCs) can access energy data in the S-Energy Manager via S-Bus, Modbus and MPI.

  • Provide energy data in IT-compatible form
    With the S-Energy Logger energy values can be transferred directly from energy meters and S-Energy Managers to SQL databases. S-Energy combines many years of experience in the field of measuring electrical consumption with core competencies in HMI and web technology. Captured consumption data can therefore be accessed via network and internet – requiring just a PC with standard browser for analysis.

Components 


Bus-compatible electricity meters – Energy capture for each specific load
Bus-compatible electricity meters determine electrical consumption values directly at the load. The product range includes AC power meters and three-phase meters with measuring ranges up to 6000 A, each with S0 output or serial bus interface (S-Bus, M-Bus and Modbus).

     
S-Energy-Manager – On-site analysis of consumption values
The S-Energy Manager combines data capture, visualization and logging in one, compact control panel.

      S-Energy-Logger – Energy consumption provided in IT-compatible form
As a Windows-based web panel, the S-Energy Logger reads consumption values from S-Energy Managers and transfers them to SQL databases. This allows captured data to be integrated into existing IT structures and evaluated business-wide.
