Cost-optimized configuration, visualization and commissioning of standard systems with Compact-Easy

The „Compact-Easy“ compact controller enables any standard functions of heating, plumbing and air conditioning technology to be combined in a single device. The user can create this combination of functions with the help of the convenient „easy-Suite“ configuration tool. Apart from configuration, „easy-Suite“ is also used for the visualization, parameter setting and commissioning of all parts of an installation. It also makes the job of defining the SMS transmission of pending alarms or history data storage both quick and easy for the integrator.

Fast, convenient engineering with ready-made libraries for the automation and management levels

The extensive Saia® DDC-Suite building automation library enables the cost of system integration work, and consequently project costs, to be significantly reduced. This has been achieved by developing the library strictly within an object-oriented structure. The two libraries of the automation and management levels have therefore been united in one product. This means that, for each available object in the automation library (e.g. a ventilator, motor or reheater) the user will find a counterpart in the visualization library.

These functions can be managed and documented as graphical objects within a library. By encapsulating and reusing special functions in system-specific programs, DDC-Plus achieves an unlimited range of uses.

Web applications made easy with Saia® S-Web

Continuous integration and use of Saia® web technology transforms the automation environment in the areas of commissioning, service, control and monitoring. Uses range from simple, local, user prompting with a web panel, to the PC-based operation of a local work station, and extend to graphical visual displays and parameter setting for entire sections of an installation.
