Telecommunication for distributed buildings

When buildings are distributed, telecommunications capabilities are genuinely indispensable for alarms, telemaintenance, remote management and for transferring history data. All DDC-Plus systems can be equipped with telecommunications ports and configured using convenient software tools (e.g. to set off error messages via SMS/e-mail, or log onto a building management system).

Integral solution for das electrical systems

With its light and shade modules, Saia-Burgess Controls has taken on board the concept of full system integration. These modules, which have been specially adapted to the lighting and shade field, bring HEAVAC and electrical systems closer together. A single module combines digital inputs with powerful outputs and adds an autonomous operating mode, providing straightforward solutions even to time-critical processes, like louver adjustment.

Cost-optimized user prompting based on Visi.Plus with Web-Server

In recent years, the need for individually structured workplaces has greatly increased. In the past, separate control elements would be installed for every work area. The increasing provision of networked PC work stations offers a completely new perspective. The integral web server within Visi.Plus allows climate, lighting and shade to be adjusted to user needs via an Internet browser at each work station.

Single-room control for individual comfort

Only a flexible concept of room automation is capable of answering the needs of each user for an individual room climate. As required, single-room controllers are used for radiator/cold-ceiling combinations, Variable Volume Flow Systems (VVS) or fancoil devices. Room control units capture room temperature and allow direct operation of setpoint correction, presence detection, ventilator control, etc. Operating mode is displayed as required, via LEDs or screen. Interfaces are available (e.g. LONWORKS®, EIB/Konnex or Saia® S-Net) for coupling to the automation level.
