Who are we?
A controls specialist - not an automation generalist
We are manufacturers of electronic components, devices and systems for control engineering. Our special strength lies in developing and servicing niche markets. A niche may be as large as the market for integrated, PLC-based building automation, or it may be an individual OEM machine producer who chooses us as a strategic partner for developing and manufacturing its entire controls technology.
We want to become the global specialist with many hundreds of millions of Euros and are currently transferring the successful niche approach used in Europe to Asia and the USA also. In all three regions, we would like to be the number 1 high quality electronics producer; beating the big competitors on flexibility, speed and innovation while staying a step ahead of smaller ones through a large portfolio of standard products and basic technologies, and with the scale effects of in-house mass production.
We do not seek a position of market dominance in any country of region, nor do we aim for the omnipresence or general awareness levels of, for example, Siemens®, Allen-Bradley®, etc. We do not want to emulate the large corporations when there is no realistic prospect of even levelling with them, let alone outstripping them.
