Our technology model
The ideal device/ technology combination for all relevant applications
As a specialist in control engineering, we concentrate our resources on offering our customers all technologies, product types and architectures required for the control engineering of electrical automation. However, Controls Division does not apply any resources to the development or production of actuators and sensors.
The technology model
Our technology model is divided into five areas.
We distinguish between three technology environments: «Micro-controller systems», «PLC-based control» and «Windows®-based automation». We see «HMI engineering» as largely independent of the separate technology environments and as the fundamental, base technology that connects with the user/operator. To connect with the system and machine levels, our technology model has «Control components» - general purpose control box and installation components that are not functionally integrated within the controller.
