It is very attractive for our customers to work in control technology with a partner like Saia-Burgess Controls. We have a wide range of standard hardware and support diverse core technologies. We are able to develop and produce custom products: a one-stop shop for all control engineering needs.
Standard + customized
Most of our customers prefer to use standard products, but sometimes cannot find precisely the right solution. They therefore use both standard and Smart Controls products. With the unique Smart Controls approach, we can meet customer needs in an ideal way. For the initial development phase, our standard products are used. As product development and trials progress, an idea emerges of the level of customizing dependent on volumes and the cost situation. «Smart Controls» are based on our comprehensive modules of market proven, mature, standard products, basic technologies and fundamental designs. We meet customer requests from this modular range. Usually, only small adjustments are needed that are fast to implement. This procedure ensures the greatest possible certainty of success and continuity of methods and tools used.

We are part of a group of companies with a distinct OEM culture. Longstanding OEM relations require a workable, guaranteed technical base. For this reason, we make the widest use of technologies that we ourselves fully master and control. We achieve low costs and healthy calculation - without having to compromise quality, flexibility or security of supply - through maximum added value in our own company, including the manufacture of tools, critical operating resources and automatic machines. We do not take the easy, comfortable path when confronted with many competitors, who often just assemble external know-how and externally developed technologies.
