Production in Murten, Switzerland
The Murten factory employs over 100 staff in an area of 2300 m2. The equipment and organization of the factory has been arranged for maximum flexibility, speed and quality. The emphasis is on the production of complex modules and their assembly / configuration as standard devices.
Subassembly production
Two identically equipped and fully automated Siplace lines form the backbone of subassembly production. Individual lot sizes are between 50 and 5000 pieces. We carry out all the usual test methods – including automatic optical inspection. Alongside normal welding processes, such as reflow welding, we also manufacture using selective welding.
Mounting
Our production includes several assembly lines for automation devices. For fast reaction times and high flexibility, we maintain manual assembly stations where we can produce small lot sizes manually or semi-automatically in a very short time.
