Bus-compatible LCD energy meter up to 6000 A

Saia-Burgess presents a new type of three-phase meter with the Saia ALE/AWD series. It is a classical energy meter in a high quality LCD version which, since it has been designed for bus operation, offers significant, functional added value in any installation.
Each phase is monitored and, alongside power/energy, meters also detect current, voltage and phase angle. Equipped with a bus connection, a Saia ALE/AWD device can be used for the continuous monitoring of operating or network states. To reduce bus loads, values can also be written as a log function to an internal buffer and stored temporarily.
Saia ALE/ALW meters have an integral SO output as standard. They are MID-compliant in accordance with EN 50470 class B. 
The backlit LCD display allows the meter to be read with confidence even in a dark setting. Capacitor support also guarantees this feature when power is lost. ALE meters are intended for direct measurement up to 65 A and AWD meters for transformer measurement up to 6000 A. They correspond respectively to IEC 62053 precision class 1 and EN50470 precision class B. Meters are available for single or dual tariff measurement.
